Read your skill results
Every skill conversation is scored by how it ended. Find out which scripts save you call-outs and which ones need rewriting.
Start with resolved without dispatch
Action: Open a skill and look at the Overview tab. The big number is how many conversations ended with the tenant fixing it themselves, so nobody drove out. Next to it is an estimate of the call-out cost that avoided, based on typical rates for that trade.
That number comes from the tenant tapping That fixed it, not from the AI deciding it worked.

Read the plain-English verdict
Action: Under the counters, each skill tells you in words how it is doing. A script that hands most conversations to a person, or that tenants abandon partway through, is flagged as needing attention on both the detail page and its card in the library.
A high hand-to-a-person rate is almost always a problem with the script asking for something tenants cannot check, not a problem with your tenants.

Look at the individual conversations
Action: The Runs tab lists every conversation that used this skill: how it ended, which channel it came in on, how many turns it took, and a link to the ticket if one was raised. Filter by outcome to read only the ones that were handed to a person, or only the ones that resolved.
Reading three or four handed-to-a-person conversations usually tells you exactly which question to change.
