How long does a screening take?
Most reports return in under five minutes once the applicant completes the form. Manual identity steps may take up to one business day in rare cases.
Who pays for the screening?
By default the applicant pays a flat fee at the end of their application. You can choose to absorb the fee yourself per property, which is useful for high-end listings or to encourage more applications.
Is the screening FCRA-compliant?
