An AI voice maintenance line your tenants can call, answered by Luna.
Tenants call a number and Luna picks up, works out what is wrong and which unit, and drafts a maintenance ticket for you to approve. The same assistant from your app, now on the phone.
How it works
Three steps, the same loop you already know from the app, on a new channel.
The tenant calls
They dial your maintenance line at 2 a.m. instead of fighting with an app. Luna answers right away.
Luna triages on the call
She asks what is wrong and which unit, recognizes an emergency, and keeps to what is on file. She never guesses a gate code or a fee.
A ticket on your desk
The call becomes a drafted maintenance ticket with the issue, unit, and urgency, waiting for you to approve the dispatch.
Who it's for
Any landlord or property manager who is the after-hours phone, and the tenants who would rather talk than tap through an app.
Self-managing landlords
You are the one who gets the midnight call. Luna picks up so a leak does not wait until morning, and you wake up to a drafted ticket instead of a voicemail.
Property managers
Cover every unit and owner with one number, instead of an answering service that takes a name and little else. Luna captures the issue, the unit, and the urgency.
Tenants who would rather call
Not everyone wants to file a ticket in an app. A phone call in plain language, in English or Spanish, reaches you just the same.
Emergencies: what the line does, and what it can never replace
If a caller describes gas, fire, flooding, or anything life-threatening, Luna tells them to hang up and call 911, and flags it for you right away. This is not a 911 service and not an emergency line.
This call may be recorded. The line operates in English. For anything other than maintenance, tenants use the Rentari.ai app to reach you.
AI proposes. You approve.
The phone line follows the same rules as the rest of Rentari.ai.
Never guesses
Luna answers from what is on file. If she does not have it, she says so and points the tenant to you, instead of inventing an answer.
You approve the dispatch
The call drafts a ticket. No vendor is scheduled and no one is sent until you approve it. Luna never says a vendor is on the way.
Caller ID is a hint, not a key
A phone number is not proof of identity, so Luna takes the report but never reads back private lease or account details on the phone.
Questions
Is this live yet?
Yes. If your plan includes it, you can add a maintenance line from your settings.
Does Luna fix the problem or send a vendor?
No. Luna drafts a maintenance ticket from the call. You review it and approve the dispatch, exactly like the rest of Rentari.ai.
Is this an emergency line?
No. For anything life-threatening, callers should hang up and dial 911. Luna will tell them to, and flag it for you.
What if Luna does not know something?
She says it is not on file and points the tenant back to you in the app. She does not guess gate codes, fees, or policies.
The AI does the work. You make the call.
Add a maintenance line your tenants can call, and approve what matters from your desk.
