"I built Rentari.ai because I lived the problem."

I bought my first rental in 2018 with a 30-page lease I downloaded off the internet, a checking account I forgot the password to, and the naive belief that being a "good landlord" was mostly about being a nice person.

Three rentals later, I was buried. Late-night maintenance calls, missed renewals, lost receipts, leases that weren't compliant in two of the three states I owned in. I was losing weekends and money. I tried five property management platforms. Every one of them was built for a thousand-unit operator, priced like enterprise software, and required four logins to do one thing.

So I built the tool I wanted. Rentari.ai is what happens when a working landlord and an AI co-pilot sit down and ask, "what if the software actually did the work?"

We are deliberately small. I answer support tickets myself. There are no investor decks, no growth-at-all-costs metrics, no overseas call center. Every dollar goes back into the product. Where this is going

Why we built Rentari.ai

For decades, property management has been stuck in a strange place. The software exists. The dashboards exist. And yet, ask the three people who actually live inside that building how their week is going, and you'll hear three different versions of the same story.
