Explore Rentari.ai with sample data
Simulation mode gives you a full sample portfolio you can click through and change, with the AI answering from that same sample data. Nothing you do in it sends a message or moves money.
Turn Simulation on
Action: Open Settings and switch the Simulation chip on. Rentari.ai builds you a sample portfolio: six Springfield properties, eleven units, nine tenants on active leases, open maintenance tickets, applicants in the pipeline, and a year of rent history behind it all.
Your real portfolio is untouched and waiting. Switching the chip back off returns you to it exactly as you left it.
Use the product for real, on sample data
Action: Every page works normally. Click into a tenant, open a lease, drag a maintenance ticket, run a report, add a charge. Because the sample portfolio is stored the same way a real one is, changes you make stick, so you can practise a workflow end to end rather than just looking at it.
Ask Mozart anything about the portfolio and it answers from the same sample data you see on screen. Its suggested actions can be approved and will actually run.
Know what is switched off
Action: No email, text or push notification leaves Rentari.ai while Simulation is on, and no payment, payout or background check can be ordered. The sample tenants and vendors are fictional and their contact details are not real addresses.
Switch Simulation off to take a real action, including changing your plan or making a payment.
Start over whenever you like
Action: Leave Simulation on for as long as you are exploring. When you switch it off, the sample portfolio is kept for a while in case you come back, then cleared automatically.
Nothing you did in the sample portfolio can appear in your real books, reports or tax figures. The two are stored separately.
