Let a tenant pay without a login
Send a link a tenant can pay from with no account and no password, for the tenants who never sign in.
It already happens automatically
Action: Every rent reminder you send now carries a pay link instead of a sign-in page. The tenant taps it, sees what they owe, and pays.
Nothing to switch on. Reminders you have already scheduled pick this up.
Send one yourself
Action: On Rent Collection, find the tenant's row and choose Copy pay link. Paste it into whatever you actually use with that tenant: a text, WhatsApp, or an email of your own.
It reuses the link they already have, so a link sitting in their inbox keeps working.
See whether they used it
Action: The row shows Link opened once they have looked, and Paid by link once the money is in.
No badge yet just means they have not opened it.
Offer autopay the same way
Action: The autopay invite now opens a page that only asks for a bank account, so they are not sent to a login form at the moment they were ready to enrol.
Bank payments are free to the tenant. A card adds the processor's fee, shown before they confirm.
