Review vendor ratings and feedback
Keep tabs on how tenants and you rate each contractor, then use those scores to decide who to assign to the next job.
Rate a vendor after their work is done
Action: In the 'Pending ratings' section (yellow banner), click the stars to rate the vendor 1-5. Optionally add a note about their work, then click 'Submit rating'. Your ratings feed the vendor's reputation.
Be honest. A 5-star is reserved for consistently excellent work. A 2 or 3 tells you the vendor needs to improve or that you had a one-time issue.

Review your own ratings in the Your ratings tab
Action: Click the 'Your ratings' tab to see all vendors you have rated, with their scores and your notes. Sort by most recent or browse by specialty.
Use this to compare vendors side by side. If Contractor A averages 4.8 and Contractor B averages 3.2, the choice is clear for your next job.

Check tenant feedback in the Tenant ratings tab
Action: Switch to the 'Tenant ratings' tab to see how tenants scored vendors on completed jobs. Tenant feedback is your market view of vendor quality independent of your own experience.
A vendor with high landlord ratings but low tenant ratings (or vice versa) may excel on landlord priorities (speed, cost) but shortchange tenant experience (cleanliness, politeness).
