Publish and syndicate property listings
Create and publish rental listings to Zillow, Apartments.com, and other syndication partners, with photos, descriptions, and syndication controls.
Select a unit to list
Action: From the sidebar, navigate to Market (or click Market a unit on the Properties page). A dropdown shows all your units. Pick the unit you want to list. The page displays its current rent, bed/bath, square footage, and neighborhood.
If a listing already exists (published or draft), the page shows its status and publish date. You can update or republish it.
Upload photos and set listing details
Action: In the Photos section, click Upload photos or drag files to the drop zone. Save up to 20 images (JPG, PNG, PDF). Fill in the listing headline and description using the text editor. Review the neighborhood card (showing nearby amenities like cafes, transit, parks).
Click AI description gen to let the co-pilot draft listing copy and suggest photos based on the address. You review and approve before publishing.
Enable syndication and publish
Action: Under Syndication, toggle on the partners you want to push to: Zillow, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, Rent.com, Redfin, Zumper. Click Publish to listing sites. Your listing syndicates to all selected partners and appears in their search results.
Syndication takes 1-2 hours to go live. You get an email confirmation. To unpublish, click the status card and choose Off market. To edit, save a new draft and republish.
