Invite a tenant
Connect a tenant to their unit so they can pay rent, sign documents, and message you.
Open Tenants
Action: Choose Tenants in the sidebar, then invite a tenant by email.
If you only want their data on file without a portal, you can skip the invite.
Link them to a unit
Action: Pick the property and unit the tenant belongs to.
Linking the unit is what lets rent and the lease flow to them.
They accept
Action: The tenant gets an email to create their login and connect to you.
Ask them to check spam if the invite does not arrive.
