Report a repair without the app

Scan the code in your home, or send a text, and your landlord gets the repair request. No app and no password.

Scan the code in your home

Action: Your landlord may have put a Rentari card on the fridge or inside a cupboard. Point your camera at it, type what is wrong, and send.

The code is tied to your exact unit, so nobody has to work out which home you mean.

Step 1: Scan the code in your home

No camera? Send the code by text

Action: Text the code from the card (it looks like RNT-K7M2QW) to your landlord's Rentari number, along with what is wrong.

You can send the problem first and the code after. Either order works.

Step 2: No camera? Send the code by text

If we do not recognise your number

Action: Texting from a work phone or someone else's handset is fine. We will simply ask for the code so the request reaches the right home.

Adding your phone number to the form lets your landlord call you back about it.

Step 3: If we do not recognise your number

Anything dangerous goes to 911 first

Action: For a gas smell, fire, smoke, or anything threatening someone's safety, get out and call the emergency services before you report it here.

Reports mentioning gas, smoke or fire are flagged to your landlord as an emergency automatically.

Step 4: Anything dangerous goes to 911 first
