Rentari has always written you a brief. It sits at the top of your dashboard and it is ready before you get there, ranked by urgency, so the first thing you read after signing in is what changed rather than a wall of tiles.

The gap was the mornings you never sign in. A dashboard only reports when you visit it, and the moment a portfolio runs well you stop visiting. That is exactly when the quiet problems start: rent that nobody chased for nine days, a lease sliding through its notice window, an applicant waiting three days for a reply and then renting somewhere else.

Daily Digest closes that gap. One email at 8am Eastern, Monday to Friday, carrying the same briefing to your inbox. Monday's covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so a weekend is never skipped.

What is in it

Three things, in the order that matters.

Where you stand. Units, occupancy, active leases, your monthly rent roll, and the number most landlords want first: how much of this month's billed rent has actually come in, and how much has not. Collected and outstanding sit side by side, because one without the other is half a fact.

What moved yesterday. Payments that landed and who they came from, new maintenance requests and how urgent they are, applicants who came in, leases that got signed. Every line carries the whole address including the unit, so a duplex reads as two doors and not one.

What needs you today. The same attention list your dashboard builds: overdue rent, emergencies, leases inside their notice window, a lease waiting on your countersignature, insurance about to lapse. Each one links straight to the screen where you handle it.

The AI writes the sentence. It does not write the numbers.

This is worth being precise about, because plenty of products are vague here.

Every figure in your digest is calculated from your own records before the AI is involved at all. Those figures are handed to the model as fixed facts it may not change or add to, and the email prints the calculated number rather than the model's version of it. The AI can write you a better or worse sentence on a given morning. It cannot tell you that you collected the wrong amount.

The model is given counts and totals only. It never receives a tenant's name or a property address, because it does not need them to write a summary, and information you do not hand over cannot end up somewhere it should not be.

The digest is part of the paid plans, and it runs through your trial from the day you start it.

Yesterday, precisely

The movement section covers whole days, start to finish. Payments are recorded against a date, so a whole day is the honest unit to report on, and it means two consecutive digests never show you the same payment twice. On a Monday that means Friday, Saturday and Sunday together. A payment that arrives this morning appears in the next email, where it belongs.

One email, and you control it

It is a single message rather than a stream of alerts, and it replaces the habit of logging in to check instead of adding to your notifications. If your portfolio is quiet it says so plainly and stays short.

You can see yours before committing to it. In Settings, under Notifications, the Daily Digest toggle has a preview link that builds the email from your live data and shows you exactly what tomorrow's will look like. The same toggle turns it off.
