Rentari is now on the App Store, so you can run the whole business from your phone: approve a lease, collect rent, clear a maintenance ticket, screen an applicant, and message a tenant from anywhere. It is live, and it is the real product

Rentari for iPhone and iPad is now available on the App Store. This is not a stripped-down companion app or a read-only viewer. It is the same product you use on the web, in your hand: the same portfolio, the same AI, the same approvals. If you manage a single rental or a few hundred units, the work you do at your desk now travels with you.

It is free to download and runs on your existing plan. Sign in with the account you already have, and your properties, tenants, leases, and books are right there.

Everything you do on the web, now in your hand

The app covers the parts of the job that do not keep office hours. From your phone you can:

• Collect and track rent. See who has paid, who is late, and follow up, without opening a laptop.
• Approve screening and leases. Review an applicant, then sign off on a lease the moment it is ready.
• Handle maintenance. A ticket comes in, you triage it, approve the work, and dispatch a vendor from the same screen.
• Check your books. Income, expenses, and tax-ready reports, on the go.
• Message tenants and vendors. Every conversation in one inbox, wherever you are.

One app, three doors

Rentari is built for everyone in the rental relationship, and the same app opens the right door for each of them. Landlords and property managers run the portfolio. Tenants pay rent, report an issue, and message their manager. Vendors pick up jobs and check in on site. Each role sees only its own lane, enforced on every request, so the boundary is real and not just hidden in the interface.

Sign in the fast way

You can sign in with Apple or Google, and unlock the app with Face ID or a fingerprint, so getting in is a tap rather than a password hunt. The most sensitive details stay protected the same way they are on the web.

The AI does the busywork, you approve

The app carries the same principle that runs through the rest of Rentari: the AI proposes, you decide. It drafts the lease, ranks the applicant, triages the repair, and lines up the vendor, then hands you a clear approve or decline. It never tells you it sent a message or moved money on its own, and it never invents a fact it does not hold. You stay in control, you just do less of the typing.

Built in, one price

The app is not a separate purchase or a premium tier. It is part of the whole Rentari platform, one flat price: from $8 a month for up to 5 units when billed annually, then $1.60 per added unit. There is no fee when a tenant pays rent and no per-signature charge. You download the app, and everything your plan includes comes with it.
