Landlords Leasing & Screening

Review your tenant roster

Find active, past and archived tenants, then review their lease and portal access.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the landlord portal. Your tenant roster contains people linked to your account; it is separate from Leads and Applicants.

Choose the right roster tab

Action: Open Renters, then Tenants. Choose Active, Past or Archived. Review Contact info, Lease and Tenant portal access on the tenant row. An empty Past tab means no past tenants are listed there. Use Add new to record a tenant you already know; this does not search a directory of prospective renters.

Open a tenant profile

Action: Select the tenant name to review their recorded lease, insurance status and portal access. Use the lease link to open the associated property lease records. The portal status distinguishes someone using the portal from someone invited or not invited. An invitation status does not establish that the tenant read the message or signed a lease.

Choose a communication action

Action: Use Send message from a tenant profile to compose an individual message. To prepare an announcement, select tenants on the roster and choose Message selected, then review the recipient list before sending. Use the Tenant portal section for Send invite or Re-send invite. Check the result on the page before trying again. See Send the same message to selected tenants for recipient eligibility and how replies work.

Check the result

  • The roster shows the tenant record and its current lease and portal-access details.

Does an invitation mean the tenant has signed?
