Landlords Account & Settings
Reset a forgotten password
Request a reset link and create a new password when you cannot sign in.
On this page
Before you start
- Use the email registered to your Rentari account and keep that inbox available. You do not need the forgotten password to request an email reset.
Reset through your email
- Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page, then select Via Email.
- Enter the Registered email for your Rentari account and choose Send reset link.
- Check that inbox and its spam folder, then open the Rentari password-reset link.
- On Create New Password, enter a password that meets the rules shown and repeat it in Confirm password.
- Choose Update password and read the result before signing in with the new password.
If the link does not work
For an invalid or expired link, choose Request a new reset link. If the request screen asks you to wait, follow that message before trying again. The initial confirmation is conditional on the account existing; it does not confirm that a message reached your inbox.
Check the result
- The request page displays its result. After using a valid reset link and successfully updating the password, follow the returned sign-in instruction.
Troubleshooting & questions
The page accepted my request, but no email arrived. What next?
Check the spelling, spam folder and the inbox used for your invitation. The request response does not confirm that an account exists at an address. Ask support if the correct inbox still has no reset message.
What if the reset link is expired or no longer works?
Use Request a new reset link and open the newest message. Complete the form from that link; do not share the reset link or a one-time code with another person.
