Add a video tour to a listing

Save a supported walkthrough link and check that renters can open it.

Before you start

  • Have a public YouTube, Vimeo or Matterport link for the correct rental. The link must allow renters to open the tour; finish required unit details if prompted.

Save a walkthrough

  1. Open the correct property and unit, then the Photos step in listing setup.
  2. Under Video tour, paste a YouTube, public Vimeo or Matterport link into the tour field.
  3. If the field is unavailable and Complete unit details appears, follow that link and finish the unit details first.
  4. Choose Continue or Save & finish later. Resolve any invalid-link or save error before leaving.

Use the Vimeo or Matterport helper

Checking or opening a link alone does not save it. Use a tour that permits public embedding; direct video-file uploads are not supported in the Photos step.

  1. Choose Vimeo or Matterport tour, select the provider and paste a public HTTPS tour link.
  2. Choose Check link, then Open tour to check that the tour is accessible.
  3. Choose Save tour and wait for the saved confirmation. This replaces the previous tour on the rental.

Check the result

  • After a confirmed save, the rental has the saved tour link. Check the published listing and open the tour to verify access.

Troubleshooting & questions

Check link worked. Why did the tour not change?

Check link only recognizes the link format and enables a preview. Use Save tour in the helper, or the Photos save action for the main field, and read the returned result.

Why can I open the video but renters cannot?

The provider may restrict viewing or embedding. Check the link while signed out of the provider and review its sharing settings. Direct video-file uploads are not offered in this Photos step.
