Check where your listing has been posted
Use recorded publication activity, then open the destination to confirm it.

Before you start
- Open Marketing for the exact property and unit. Have the outside listing URL available if you need to check another website.
Review the publication record
- Open the property marketing page and choose Track listing for the relevant unit.
- Check Destination, Recorded status and Last posted for each row.
- Open the listing link to see what is currently visible on that destination.
- Use Refresh records to reload the activity Rentari has recorded.
If the outside listing is missing
A publication record does not confirm that another site still displays the listing. Resubmit to outside sites is unavailable here. You can update the Rentari listing through Edit; do not treat that edit as confirmation of an outside-site update.
Check the result
- You can identify the recorded publication state and open the relevant public page to inspect it. Track listing records alone do not confirm that an external page is currently live.

Track listing has an entry but the outside page is missing. Which should I trust?
Open the external link to check its current page. Track listing records what is stored in Rentari and does not establish that another site still publishes it.
Does publishing in Rentari send my listing to all the sites shown?
No. Rentari publication and manually posting on another rental website are separate. Review each outside listing in that website's own account.
