Review the record for the specific task
Action: For payment events, use Review payment activity. For a repair, open its detail page and review the recorded updates. These show activity for those workflows, not a complete account-wide audit log. Contact support with the affected record, action and approximate date if you need help locating an event. Do not treat a missing event in one workflow as proof that no action occurred elsewhere.
