Accept or pass, and be honest about it

Each offered job shows the property, the problem and the priority. Accept puts it on your route; Pass sends it back so the landlord can offer it elsewhere.

Passing quickly is better than accepting slowly. The landlord needs to find somebody, and a fast no is more useful than a delayed yes.

Reputation is how you get offered more

Response time, completion rate and repeat callbacks. Landlords see this when choosing between quotes.

Callbacks matter most. A job done once and properly is worth more here than a low price.
