Four columns, left to right
Under review is everything requested. Planned means it is going to happen. In progress is being built now, and Completed has shipped.
A request moving from Under review to Planned is usually the vote count doing it.

Vote before you write a new one
The number on a card is its votes. Adding yours to an existing request counts for more than filing a near-duplicate, which splits the signal across two cards.
Search first, vote second, and only write a new request when nothing there matches.
