Move an applicant from enquiry to lease

Five columns from invited to approved. The pipeline exists so nobody sits in it forgotten, which is the way most applicants are actually lost.

The columns are a sequence, not labels

Invited, applied, conditional offer, needs review, approved. A card moves when the applicant does something or when you decide something.

Needs review is the column that matters: it means the screening came back and it is now waiting on your judgement rather than on them.

Filter to the unit you are trying to fill

With more than one vacancy the board gets noisy fast. The property filter narrows it to the one you are working on.

Applicants are attached to a unit, not just to you, so this filter is showing real relationships rather than a tag.

Worth knowingApplicants left in a column go stale quickly. Somebody in Applied for two weeks has almost certainly signed somewhere else, and the honest move is to close the card rather than leave it looking like a prospect.
