Before you startA listing that people can find. Enquiries arrive from the listing page, a portal, or an email to your listing address.

One thread per prospect, newest first
Each row is somebody asking about a unit, with how long they have been waiting and which unit they mean.
The waiting time is the number to watch. A prospect who asked two days ago has almost certainly asked three other landlords since.

Autopilot answers the ordinary questions
Most first enquiries ask the same handful of things: is it available, what is included, can I see it. Autopilot answers those from the listing and offers a viewing slot.
You stay in the thread and can take over at any point. It is there so an enquiry at 11pm is not still unanswered at 9am.
Worth knowingAnything it is not sure about it leaves for you rather than guessing. A wrong answer about pets or parking costs more than a slow one.
