Out for signature is waiting on them

This bucket is leases you have already sent. The tracker shows how long each has been sitting, which is the number worth acting on.

A lease that has been out for a week usually needs a nudge rather than a resend, because resending invalidates the link they already have.

Worth knowingA recorded lease, the kind you type in from paper through Add existing tenant, never appears here. It is active from the moment it is saved because it was signed before Rentari ever saw it.
