Payouts is the step people stop at
Connecting a bank is the difference between recording rent and receiving it. Everything before this step works without it, which is exactly why it gets skipped.
Stripe handles the bank details and the identity checks. Rentari never sees or stores your account number.
Worth knowingScreening can stay not-started indefinitely. It only matters when you are taking on a new applicant, so an existing portfolio can go live without it.
