The tiles are the questions landlords ask most, and each runs against your live data rather than returning a canned answer.
They are ordinary sentences, not commands. Reword them, narrow them to one property, or ask something else entirely.
Ask in your own words
The box takes plain English. It has your properties, units, leases, tenants, ledger and maintenance history in scope, so specifics work better than generalities.
"What did I spend on Rosewood last quarter" is a better question than "show me expenses", and it will name the property back to you so you can check it understood.
Decide how much it may do on its own
Autonomy is the important control on this page. Co-pilot means Mozart proposes and you approve; nothing reaches a tenant or your money without a yes from you.
Turn it up only where you are comfortable. The setting is per account and changeable at any time, and every action it takes is recorded on the audit trail either way.
Check what it actually did
Activity is the log of every action Mozart has taken or proposed, with what it was working from at the time.
This is the page that makes autonomy safe to turn up: you can raise it, watch here for a week, and lower it again if you do not like what you see.
